Biographical info:Tashi joined APNIC in 2017, bringing with him an extensive and diverse experience in network operations having worked in different roles since 2003, from transmission networks in the early days to being the network lead for an incumbent Telco ISP. With his understanding of how not to do things, he has been involved in capacity development in the APNIC community by providing technical assistance, outreach and training in number of technical areas.

Biographical info: Phyo graduated from the University of Computer Studies in Yangon with an honours degree of Bachelor in Computer Technology. Phyo has 16 years of experience in IT networking industry, she has worked for a few major ISPs and telecom operators in Myanmar and Singapore. In addition, Phyo is a senior IT networking trainer who has trained many engineers in Myanmar. She is also a MikroTik Certified Trainer, who regularly delivers official MikroTik certification trainings and exams. In her day-to-day work, she supports ISPs in design, implementation and maintenance of their core networks. She also provides technology-based and operational trainings to ISPs and enterprises. Phyo loves to do knowledge sharing and hopes to help improve ICT infrastructure in developing and undeveloped countries.

Biographical info:Experienced Network and Security Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the Telecom, Solutions Company. Skilled in Networking and Security: Network Infra Design, Switching & Routing, VPN, Cloud Managed IT, Network Security, SD-WAN, QoS, Fiber to the x (FTTx), OSP, Network Monitoring, Troubleshooting and be able to use multiple vendors such as Cisco, Huawei, Check Point, FortiGate, Palo Alto, ZTE. Strong Information Technology professional with a Bachelor's degree focused on Network Security and System Administrator from the University of Puthisastra.

Biographical info:Kim Ann Chief of CamCERT, under ICT Security Department, Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications (MPTC). Started his career as Sytem Engineer in 2012 with National ICT Development Authority (NiDA), He advanced his professional post by joining ICT Security team at Ministry in 2014. Kim has been working in the government administration industry for long period. He has been Certified as Cyber Defender (CCDA) with strong military and protective services professional in the capacity of Incident Management, Incident Analysis, Cyber Security Awareness, Alert and Warning. He earned his Bachelor's degree focused in Computer Science from Royal University of Phnom Penh.
